We have engaged specialist engineers to attend the site. Due to the complex nature of the fault, resolution is taking longer than initially anticipated. The engineers are expected to arrive on site within the next hour to carry out further troubleshooting and work towards restoring service as quickly as possible.

An OFNL engineering team has been dispatched and is now on-site investigating the fibre fault.

Our engineers are actively assessing the issue to determine the root cause and restore service as quickly as possible.

Further updates will be provided as soon as additional information becomes available from the field investigation.

We have identified the cause of the outage is a suspect break in a fibre optic cable.

Our engineers are travelling to site to investigate the fault. Their ETA is 13:30.
