Our engineer is still awaiting the arrival of the recovery company.

We have dispatched an additional engineer to site with an estimated time of arrival of 13:30.

Our engineer is stuck on the M45 with a puncture. The recovery company have advised him they expect to be with him in 2 hours time. He will then take a further hour to get to site.

Sorry for the increased delay this will cause in restoring services.
