Update (17 Jun 2026 10:33hrs)
Following our initial investigation, we believe the issue is affecting a small number of customers due to faulty hardware. We are currently working to identify and isolate the impacted cases to prevent any wider disruption, and will then arrange replacement of the affected equipment.
This may result in us sending an engineer to site to door knock for emergency visits for affected customers if necessary.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide further updates as soon as they become available.
Please DO NOT reset your equipment.
