The fault has been identified as being caused by third-party works on the network. We have engaged specialist engineers to implement a fix and restore the site to full service.

We will provide a further update by 14:00.
Update (14 May 2026 10:17hrs)
We are continuing to investigate the issue. A technician is currently en route to site and is expected to arrive by 12:00.
At present, the service is intermittently dropping out; however, we can see that the site is currently up and running.
We will provide further updates by 12:30 once the engineer is on-site and has completed initial checks.
