The OFNL engineering team has identified and repaired a broken fibre cable that caused a limited number of customer services to go offline. These affected services have now been fully restored.

However, during the repair works, the engineering team identified additional fibre cable damage. As a result, the team will need to re-attend the site tomorrow, Monday 13/04/2026, to continue and complete the necessary repair works.

The OFNL engineering team is now on site and is actively investigating the fibre fault. We will share further updates as soon as more information becomes available.
