Work to restore service was completed at 12:00 on 10/04/26. Customers should now find services to be working as expected.

Any issues being experienced after this time should be treated as individual cases and reported in the usual manner.

We apologise again for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience throughout this issue.

An engineer is currently on site and actively investigating the issue. We’ll share a further update as soon as more information becomes available.

We sincerely apologise for the ongoing delay. At this time, we’re still unable to access our equipment to resolve the fault. Please be assured this has been escalated and actively chased, and we are hopeful to gain access tomorrow, 10/04/2026.

We have been unable to gain access to our equipment on site and have not been able to reach anyone to provide entry. We will try again tomorrow and will keep you informed. Apologies for the inconvenience.


Update (07 Apr 2026 17:05hrs)
Our engineers have been investigating the problem and have identified an issue that is affecting Satellite TV services in this area.

We have requested a specialist TV engineer attend site.

The TV engineers ETA is between 08:00 and 16:00 on Wednesday 08/04/2026.

We are continuing to work to resolve this issue and a further update will be provided as soon as possible.
