We are aware of a small number of customers experiencing phone service issues where incoming calls cannot be made to their number.

This issue is spread across the country. We believe this to be related to a fault on our system that supports phone services and are working with our 3rd party vendor to investigate.

If you are experiencing this issue, we are investigating it. If you are experiencing any other kind of phone service issue, it may be unrelated and should be raised as normal.

We will provide a further update as soon as we have more information, or by 18:00 at the latest.

We are continuing to work on the issue affecting incoming calls for a number of customers. Due to the complex nature of the fault, our teams and our third-party vendor are carrying out detailed investigations, which will take some time to complete.
