Work to restore service was completed at 15:27 on 05/02/2026. Customers should now find services to be working as expected. We will continue to monitor services to ensure they remain stable.

Multiple fibre repair teams will be arriving on site today with new fibre cable.

It is expected that the fibre repair work will take a significant amount of time.

We will provide an update as soon as there is significant news on the progress of the repairs.

Our engineering team has inspected the fibre cabling and identified significant damage that will require additional engineering resources and replacement fibre.

Repair work is scheduled to begin on Thursday, 05/02/2026.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The housing developer has confirmed that third party contractors have damaged our fibre cables.

An engineering team has been dispatched to assess the site and carry out the necessary repairs.

Their estimated time of arrival is 13:00 on 04/02/2026.
