We require civils in order to resolve the fault affecting the internet services in the area.

We are now waiting for them to mobilise their engineers and equipment. Due to the type of equipment needed this can take some time. They should be at site by the early hours of 16/12/25.

Our engineer in attendance with third party engineer today have located the damaged fibre causing this issue.

We are now liaising with a specialist fibre repair team to attend and repair the damaged fibre.

We have an engineer attending alongside a third party engineer today.

We have engaged a third party to troubleshoot and investigate this fault.

We are talking to the third party, and liaising with them to carry out a joint visit with our engineers.

We are seeing intermittent drops on the site affecting the internet connection on site.

We are now waiting for an engineer to attend site and perform troubleshooting.
