Work to restore service was completed at 13:37 on 15/08/2025. Customers should now find services to be working as expected. We will continue to monitor services to ensure they remain stable.

Any issues being experienced after this time should be treated as individual cases and reported in the usual manner.

Please be advised services have now been stable since 13:37 on the 15/08/2025.

Engineers are still investigating the root cause of previous interruptions.

Incident will remain open until investigations are concluded.

We now see that the problem is not on our network, but the network of a third party that supports ours.

We are talking to the third party, and they are working on a fix. Please note the issue is intermittent. Services are currently stable.
