Work to restore service was completed at 14:00 on 02/10/24. Customers should now find services to be working as expected.

Any issues being experienced after this time should be treated as individual cases and reported in the usual manner.

Our engineers have been investigating the problem and have identified an issue that is affecting Satellite TV services in this area.

We have requested a specialist TV engineer attend site.

The TV engineers ETA is this morning.

We are continuing to work to resolve this issue and a further update will be provided as soon as possible.

It has been identified that there is an issue with IRS Satellite at site. Specialist Engineers will be attending tomorrow morning to resolve.
