We are aware of a small number of customers experiencing phone service issues where no calls can be made to or from their number.

This issue is spread across the country. We believe this to be related to a fault on our system that supports phone services and are working with our 3rd party vendor to investigate.

If you are experiencing this issue, we are investigating it. If you are experiencing any other kind of phone service issue, it may be unrelated and should be raised as normal.

We will provide a further update as soon as we have more information, or by 12:00 at the latest.

Good afternoon,
A temporary workaround has been applied to restore the ability to make and receive calls following the issues experienced this morning. We are continuing to work closely with our third-party vendor to implement a permanent fix and minimise any future disruption.
If you encounter any phone issues that you believe are unrelated, please continue to report them through the usual channels.
