Multiple engineers are currently en route to the site, with an estimated arrival time of 10:00 AM. Upon arrival, they will begin troubleshooting efforts to resolve the fault.
A further update will be provided at 12:00 PM.

Our engineers are unable to locate the fault. We have arranged for additional engineering resource to be on-site tomorrow morning to continue locating the fault.
