We have a network incident in Greenwich, SE10 affecting internet services. Our team are looking into this.
Please note this is only affecting a small percentage of customers on site and an engineer will be attending in the morning.

Our engineers will again be attending site on the 15th of May to replace some customer equipment that could be causing this problem.
Services are currently online and are expected to stay mostly stable, the fault impacts a subsection of customers in the SE10 postcode, whose services may drop for a couple of minutes at irregular intervals.

Engineers have investigated the fault and found faulty network equipment is causing loss of service for a small number of customers.
An engineering team has been dispatched to investigate.
